Do you want to become part of a team? Do you want this team to function as a whole? Together we will achieve this through various team building activities. The aim of this workshop is that participants of the competition get better acquainted with various educational and creative activities, to learn how to cooperate with each other in order to achieve a common goal. Break your stereotypes and prejudices into the team and become and function as one.

What is mental health and what are the preconditions for being mentally healthy. Is it more difficult today than 100 years ago to be mentally stable and why. If a doctor deals with physical health, then who is dealing with mental health?

What are all aspects of mental health and which ones are in our power?

How much and how emotions affect us. Is it better we can “control them” and whether is there the “answer” in them.
How is work related to mental health and how is to our social life.
